Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst to manage and optimize software & SaaS assets across the enterprise. The role focuses on license compliance, cost optimization, audits, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software & SaaS asset lifecycle
Ensure license compliance and audit readiness
Optimize software usage and reduce cost through re-harvesting and rationalization
Work with SAM tools (Flexera, ServiceNow SAM, Snow, Nexthink, etc.)
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Vendors on renewals and negotiations
Maintain accurate software inventory, reports, and dashboards
