Preferred Educational Skills: A bachelor's degree in HR/Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and track employee attendance and time-off requests.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and answering phones.
