Manit’s Oven is looking for a passionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Head Bakery & Pastry Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our artisanal menu. In this role, you will oversee the daily production of our premium baked goods, ensuring flawless execution of everything from our signature laminated Viennoiserie—such as our flaky Butter Croissants and Golden Almond Bows—to our globally-inspired savory line, including our Moroccan Chicken Delight and Creamy Spinach & Mushroom puffs. You will also be responsible for handcrafting our unique, sophisticated biscuit range and assembling our high-end desserts, like the Mascarpone Berry Dream Cake and delicate French macarons. The ideal candidate has 3 to 6+ years of professional baking experience in a premium café or artisanal bakery, possesses mastery over lamination and temperature control, maintains strict FSSAI hygiene standards, and brings a sharp eye for aesthetic presentation.
