Position: Closing Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager to drive successful deal closures by managing the final stages of the sales cycle. The role requires strong negotiation skills, client handling abilities, relationship management, and the capability to convert qualified leads into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong real estate market knowledge and experience in handling high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the closing process from qualified lead stage to final booking.
- Handle negotiations with clients and ensure successful deal conversions.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable project solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to build confidence and close deals.
- Coordinate with sales executives, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth closure.
- Handle premium/NRI clients and provide personalized assistance throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to improve conversion and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects at the final decision-making stage.
- Resolve client concerns, objections, and queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and closure reports.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing insights.
- Support the sales team with closure strategies and negotiation guidance.
- Ensure proper coordination for documentation, booking formalities, and post-sales handover.

Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate sales with proven deal closure experience preferred.
