### Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee architecture and interior design projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with design and construction teams, manage budgets, and keep projects on track.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Project Planning and Execution**: Create project plans and schedules, define scope, and adjust timelines as needed to meet deadlines.
- **Budgeting and Cost Management**: Manage project budgets, approve material purchases, and find cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors, conduct regular team meetings, and ensure all work aligns with project requirements.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**: Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to safety and building codes, and resolve quality issues quickly.
- **Scheduling and Resources**: Allocate resources efficiently, coordinate material deliveries, and handle any risks that could impact timelines or budgets.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Keep accurate records of budgets, contracts, and progress, and present regular status updates to management and clients.
- **Client Relations**: Act as the main contact for clients, manage expectations, and maintain strong client relationships.
### Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
- **Experience**: At least 3 + years in project management in architecture, construction, or interiors.
- **Skills**:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and problem-solving
- Able to manage multiple projects under pressure
