We are expanding our Physiotherapy Department and are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal conditions, and chronic pain. The candidate will assess patients, create personalized rehabilitation plans, deliver evidence-based treatments, and educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Assessment
- Assess patients' physical condition, posture, mobility, muscle strength, balance, and range of motion.
- Review medical history and physician referrals.
- Identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop individualized treatment goals.
Treatment & Rehabilitation
- Design personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, sports injury, pediatric, geriatric, and post-operative rehabilitation cases.
- Provide pain management using appropriate physiotherapy techniques.
- Conduct stretching, strengthening, balance, coordination, and mobility training.
- Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises safely.
Patient Education
- Educate patients about posture correction, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
- Teach home exercise programs.
- Counsel patients regarding recovery timelines and rehabilitation goals.
- Encourage long-term healthy lifestyle practices.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Document treatment progress and outcomes.
- Prepare rehabilitation reports.
- Coordinate with referring doctors regarding patient progress.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Orthopedic Specialists, Neurologists, General Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient care.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and ethical practice.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) – Required

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, orthopedic clinics, or multispecialty clinics is an advantage.
