Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Mastercam Software Trainer who can provide practical and industry-oriented training in Mastercam, covering CNC programming from basic to multi-axis machining.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training on Mastercam software.
- Train students/trainees in 2D, 3D, and advanced CNC programming.
- Provide training on 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining.
- Develop toolpaths, select appropriate cutting tools, and optimize machining parameters.
- Explain CNC programming concepts, setup procedures, and machining processes.
- Demonstrate simulation, verification, and collision checking.
- Prepare training materials, exercises, and practical assignments.
- Guide trainees in creating industry-relevant CNC machining projects.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Mastercam features and CNC machining practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Mastercam.
- Expertise in Multi-Axis machining and programming.
- Knowledge of CNC milling and machining processes.
- Good understanding of cutting tools, feeds & speeds, and toolpath optimization.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/GD&T.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
