We are looking for Energy Analysts / Senior Energy Analysts who are dynamic, passionate, and detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of sustainability, architecture, and green building design principles. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical acumen and hands-on experience in supporting green building certification projects. This role involves conducting energy simulations, daylight analysis, evaluating building systems, and recommending energy conservation measures in line with applicable codes and standards. The candidate will also play a key role in client engagement, coordination with certification bodies, site visits, and delivering clear, insightful reports and presentations. A strong interest in contributing to the growth of sustainable and climate-aligned infrastructure is essential.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), Architecture, or an MBA/Master's in Sustainability, Energy, or Environment.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in green buildings certification process, or sustainability-related roles.
- Accreditation such as IGBC AP, GRIHA CP, or LEED AP is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability practices, green building concepts, and certification systems such as LEED, GRIHA, and IGBC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project teams to achieve Green Building Certification such as LEED/GRIHA/IGBC etc.
- Conduct meetings with project team and facilitate the Green Building Certification Process.
- Hands-on Experience to perform energy modelling and simulations using software such as eQuest or DesignBuilder.
- Provide design interventions, energy conservation measures which will enhance rating of the project.
- Understand and document projects under different types of rating system (expertise on Factory, Metro, Railway, Healthcare preferable).
- Preparation and updating of all Calculations and Templates.
- Periodic Review of documents and making status report of the ongoing projects.
- Understanding of building drawings, AutoCAD, Passive and active design, MEP Systems, HVAC System, Envelope Performance.
- Conduct site visits and support commissioning activities as needed.
