Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Provide product/service information to customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Prior experience in BPO/Customer Service is a plus
