Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and student-friendly Lab Assistant with practical knowledge of Product Engineering technologies. The role involves supporting students during lab sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, mentoring learners, and coordinating with online trainers.
Required Skills
- HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design (Flexbox & Grid)
- JavaScript (ES6+, DOM Manipulation, Async/Await)
- Angular (Components, Services, Routing Basics)
- .NET & C# Fundamentals
- Git & GitHub
- VS Code, Browser Developer Tools, Debugging
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students during Product Engineering lab sessions.
- Troubleshoot UI bugs, JavaScript errors, Angular build issues, and environment setup problems.
- Support installation and configuration of VS Code, Node.js, Angular CLI, Git, and .NET SDK.
- Help students with assignments, projects, debugging, and hands-on exercises.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and track student progress.
- Coordinate with online trainers and share daily performance updates.
- Ensure lab readiness before every training session.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, frontend development, product development, teaching, or training environments.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching, problem-solving, and helping students succeed.
