Job Description for Billing Engineer :
A billing engineer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and resolving billing issues. Their responsibilities include:
- Preparing and certifying RA bills
- Verifying certified RA bills
- Identifying and preparing extra items
- Preparing monthly reconciliation statements of building materials
- Estimating and costing
- Rate analysis
- Preparing and certifying bar bending schedules
- Back to back contractor billing
- Sub-contractor billing
- Maintaining billing records
Billing engineers should have knowledge of:
- Estimation and costing
- BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
- Rate analysis
- Labour and machinery analysis
- Billing processes
- Cost management
- Excel files to manage measurement records and summarize them for billing.
- AutoCad
Qualification require : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil
Experience required : 3 to 4 years as Billing Engineer in Residential or Commercial projects
Salary Range : upto 5.5 LPA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
