We are looking for a Data Scientist who can bridge the gap between business problems and machine learning solutions. You will work across product teams to identify opportunities, build predictive models, and drive data-informed decisions. As a subject matter expert, you will help shape our analytics strategy and mentor junior team members.
- Convert complex business problems into well-defined ML tasks with measurable success criteria
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models — from regression and classification to deep learning and time-series forecasting
- Analyze data from multiple disparate sources, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and relevance
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
- Influence product roadmaps by identifying data-driven opportunities and risks
- Stay current with ML research and evaluate new modeling techniques for business application
- Proficiency in Python and the standard ML data stack (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
- Familiarity with MLOps practices — experiment tracking, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML
- Understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
