We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers practical experience in talent acquisition, HR administration, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and following up with candidates.

Engage in sourcing activities such as cold calling and maintaining talent pipelines.

Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring smooth integration for new hires.

Maintain Daily Attendance and keep it posted on time.

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.

Support daily HR operations, including preparing reports.
Eligibility

Master’s degree in Human Resource, or a related field.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.

2024/2025/2026 batch candidates are preferred.
