About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry who is ready to pivot their sales expertise into the dynamic IT corporate sector. You will be on the front lines, meeting with HRs, administration heads, and procurement managers in IT parks and tech companies across Chennai to present our corporate gifting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to prospects and meet with decision-makers within IT companies and tech parks in Chennai.
- Present our catalogue of corporate gifting solutions and demonstrate how they align with the client's employee engagement and client relation strategies.
- Apply your pharma field sales discipline to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate contacts.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and ensure smooth order execution in coordination with the internal operations team.
- Provide regular field sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in field sales within the Pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Medical Representative).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai for client meetings.
- A highly disciplined approach to daily sales visits, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
