The Montessori Faculty (Trainer) is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating Montessori teacher training programs. The trainer provides theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations, mentors trainees during teaching practice, and ensures they are equipped with the necessary skills to become competent Montessori and Pre-Primary educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Montessori teacher training classes based on the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach Montessori philosophy, child psychology, early childhood education, and classroom management.
- Conduct practical demonstrations of Montessori teaching methods and learning materials.
- Train students in lesson planning, classroom activities, storytelling, rhymes, phonics, and creative learning techniques.
- Supervise teaching practice sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Assess trainee performance through assignments, presentations, practical examinations, and classroom observations.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and training resources.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, assessments, and progress reports.
- Organize workshops, seminars, educational activities, and skill development sessions.
- Guide students in classroom communication, confidence building, and professional ethics.
- Coordinate internship placements and monitor trainee performance during internships.
- Stay updated with modern early childhood education practices and Montessori methodologies.
- Support student counseling, career guidance, and placement activities when required.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
- Diploma/Certification in Montessori Teacher Training or Early Childhood Education.
- B.Ed., M.Ed., or relevant teaching qualifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience /Freshers in Montessori teaching or Montessori teacher training.
- Experience in faculty training, curriculum delivery, or academic coordination is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
