Job Summary
We are hiring an Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
- Maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Welcome visitors and assist with front-office activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support administrative tasks and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
