We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and website performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic rankings, driving website traffic, and generating quality leads through SEO strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs.
- Perform website audits and implement SEO recommendations.
- Optimize landing pages for better search engine rankings and user experience.
- Ensure proper internal linking and website structure.
Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute link-building strategies.
- Create high-quality backlinks through guest posting, business listings, and outreach activities.
- Monitor backlink profiles and maintain link quality.
- Manage local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization.
Technical SEO
- Monitor website indexing, crawling, and search engine visibility.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and page speed issues.
- Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Optimize website performance, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track website rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and improve organic search performance.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, local SEO, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest, or Screaming Frog.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress SEO optimization.
- Knowledge of content marketing and SEO copywriting.
- Understanding of schema markup and structured data.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and automation platforms.
- Experience in SEO for web development, IT services, e-commerce, or local businesses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- SEO certifications will be an added advantage.
