1. Managing training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
2. Setting sales targets for the team monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to achieve targets.
3. Collecting customer’s feedback and providing update to senior management.
4. Travelling to potential and existing customers to build brand awareness.
5. Responsible for sales closing.
6. Recruiting sales staff.
7. Compiling and analysing sales figures.
8. Keeping up-to-date with products and competitors.
Qualification & Skills
1. Candidate must be Science Graduate
2. Candidate must have at least 2-3 Yrs Experience in Pharma Sales
