Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise construction projects.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience (or as required).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
