Job Overview
Regulating the collection business on client requirement in dead pool (LSA).
Moderating with other team members towards the strategic recovery mode.
Managing the clients and management with respect in meeting goals.
Implementing new ideas towards targets achievement.
Resolving customer queries to make full payments.
Educating customers on their future problems based on CIBIL and to avoid legal situations.
Should Hold Banking and Financial Segment. (Norms)
Amplifying the collection month on month based on targets and requirements.
Qualifications:
Education level: Graduates/12th/PUC and Diploma
Experience: 0 to 1 Years
Salary: Best as per industry standards with attractive additional incentives
Specific skills: Proficient in Tamil and Malayalam
Personal characteristics: Should have excellent verbal command and customer interaction
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
