Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance of new hires and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams
- Conduct product training, sales process training, and soft skills sessions
- Develop training materials including presentations, scripts, role-plays, and assessments
- Identify skill gaps through performance analysis and feedback
- Work closely with Sales Managers & QA teams to improve conversion rates
- Conduct mock calls, live call audits, and coaching sessions
- Track and measure training effectiveness using KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate sales bootcamps and refresher sessions
- Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and tools
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of sales processes (B2B/B2C, Inside Sales, International Sales)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in training delivery, coaching, and mentoring
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify improvement areas
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certification in training or coaching (optional but preferred)
- Experience in US/International sales process training

- Improvement in conversion rates / sales performance
- Reduction in ramp-up time for new hires
- Training effectiveness scores (feedback)
- Increase in team productivity and revenue contribution

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
