Position Overview
The Sales Head will manage real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Generate new business opportunities through channel partners, brokers, and direct sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Conduct sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for high performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and conversions.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to closure.
- Handle negotiations and finalize high-value deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 7–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of residential/commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in team handling and channel partner management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
