Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Location: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive {No targets – pure support role} to deliver excellent service for our premium royal wooden furniture brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp & chat.
- Provide product & order-related support.
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication in English; customer-oriented; basic computer skills.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service will be preferred.
