Key Responsibilities
· Execute and monitor interior fit-out projects for co-working spaces.
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
· Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
· Supervise day-to-day site activities and maintain quality standards.
· Review drawings and specifications and ensure compliance during execution.
· Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
· Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
· Resolve site-related issues and ensure minimal project delays.
Required Qualifications
· Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
· Experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably office or co-working spaces.
· Knowledge of interior materials, furniture, MEP coordination, and site execution.
· Ability to read and understand drawings and layouts.
· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience
· 2–5 years of experience in interior works or fit-out projects.
· Experience in office interiors, commercial spaces, or co-working space projects is preferred.
