Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes (Wok items, gravies, starters, noodles, rice, sauces).
- Handle mise-en-place and ensure section readiness before service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Assist in supervising Commis 2 / Commis 3 if required.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI norms.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and avoid wastage.
- Follow SOPs and kitchen discipline.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
