ISF – Autism Special School is looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Gottigere, Bangalore.
The therapist will work with children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory processing challenges, helping them improve sensory integration, motor development, and activities of daily living (ADL).

Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy sessions for children with autism and developmental challenges
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on child assessments
- Work on sensory integration, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and ADL training
- Collaborate with psychologists, special educators, and speech therapists
- Maintain therapy records and progress reports
- Guide parents on home-based therapy strategies
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT)
- Experience in pediatric therapy or autism intervention preferred
- Freshers with strong clinical exposure are welcome
- AIOWTA registration is mandatory
Salary
₹55,000 per month for Occupational therapy qualifications and AIOTA
₹35,000 per month for physiotherapy qualifications
