- Property Acquisition & Leasing: Identify, evaluate, and secure potential real estate opportunities that align with corporate goals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts with property owners, developers, and brokers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, property valuations, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a strong network of brokers, agents, and industry stakeholders.
- Due Diligence & Compliance: Oversee the due diligence process, including legal compliance, zoning checks, and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Generally 3–5+ years in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or channel sales.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of local market trends, property laws, and financial analysis.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
