We are looking for a data-driven, creatively sharp, and strategically minded Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid media, social media presence, and content strategy — and directly contribute to pipeline and brand growth in the SaaS/tech space.
ROLE SUMMARY
As the Performance Marketing Manager at Soulera, you will own the intersection of paid performance, organic social, and content strategy. You will plan and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads, build brand authority in the SaaS/tech market, and drive measurable ROI across digital channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited for someone who is equally comfortable pulling up a Meta Ads dashboard and writing a compelling LinkedIn thought-leadership post.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, creative briefing, audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Drive measurable outcomes: lead generation, demo signups, MQLs, pipeline contribution, and CAC optimization.
- Continuously monitor ROAS, CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates — and make data-backed optimizations in real time.
- Manage monthly/quarterly ad spends efficiently within defined budgets.
- Run retargeting and remarketing campaigns to nurture prospects across the funnel.
B. Social Media Management
- Own and manage Soulera's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and execute a monthly social media calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and industry events.
- Grow organic followers, engagement rates, and brand authority through consistent and high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to refine strategy.
- Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand affinity.
- Collaborate with design team or freelancers to produce visually compelling social creatives.
C. Content Strategy
- Develop and own the content strategy roadmap aligned with SEO, lead generation, and brand awareness goals.
- Write and edit high-quality content: blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, product explainers, landing pages, email newsletters, and ad copy.
- Create SaaS-focused thought leadership content that positions Soulera as an authority in its niche.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and delivery teams to gather insights and turn them into compelling content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across all content formats and channels.
- Repurpose long-form content into social snippets, reels scripts, infographics, and email campaigns.
D. SEO & Website Growth
- Own on-page and off-page SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive inbound traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
- Optimize website landing pages for conversion rate (CRO) in collaboration with the product/dev team.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
E. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, product updates, and re-engagement.
- Build segmented email lists and automated drip campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics — and continuously optimize sequences.
F. Analytics & Reporting
- Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards covering paid, organic, and content metrics.
- Report campaign performance to founders with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use data to identify underperforming channels and double down on high-ROI activities.
- Set up and manage UTM tracking, conversion pixels, and attribution models.
G. Brand & Campaign Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales/BDM team to align marketing campaigns with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Support product launches, feature announcements, and event promotions with integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelance designers, or video editors when required.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and/or digital/content marketing.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a SaaS or tech product company — understanding SaaS metrics (MQL, SQL, ARR, churn) is essential.
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns on Google and Meta with measurable lead generation results.
- Strong content writing skills — ability to write crisp, compelling copy for B2B SaaS audiences without heavy dependence on agencies.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn company pages and growing B2B audiences organically.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience improving organic search rankings.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and at least one SEO tool (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
- Experience with email marketing platforms and basic marketing automation workflows.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills — able to balance data-driven decisions with creative instinct.
- Self-starter who can own deliverables independently in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written English — both for long-form content and short punchy social/ad copy.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or Figma for reviewing/briefing creative assets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
