Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure proper material tracking and reconciliation management.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure all sites remain fully operational.
- Supervise Radio Frequency (RF) optimisation-related activities.
- Manage deployment activities carried out by vendors and contractors.
- Configure L2 switches to connect access points (APs) and enhance network performance.
- Troubleshoot router faults and replace faulty network devices as required.
- Perform link capacity upgrades for sites to meet network demands.
- Execute field activities as per work orders issued by the Network Operations Team.
- Conduct customer meetings and field surveys; provide feedback on network coverage and capacity improvements.
- Release the FTTH (Fibre-to-the-Home) desktop plan and carry out joint field surveys to verify routes, equipment, and structures.
- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of access points (APs).
- Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical network equipment.
- Install and configure access points (APs) and routers as per requirements.
- Handle and resolve on-site troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
