Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated MBA students to join our team as interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in real-world business challenges, strategic projects, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Depending on Specialization:
Marketing
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Develop go-to-market strategies
- Support digital marketing campaigns and performance tracking
- Assist in branding and customer engagement initiatives
Finance
- Perform financial analysis and forecasting
- Assist in budgeting and cost optimization projects
- Prepare management reports and dashboards
- Support investment and risk analysis initiatives
Operations
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements
- Support supply chain optimization initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Assist in cost-reduction strategies
HR
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes
- Conduct employee engagement surveys
- Assist in performance management initiatives
- Contribute to HR policy research and implementation
Strategy / Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities
- Conduct feasibility and business case analysis
- Support partnership and expansion initiatives
- Assist in preparing presentations for leadership

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing MBA (1st or 2nd year)
