Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Supervise and motivate sales staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and product displays
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Coordinate with suppliers and company management
- Train new employees on products and sales techniques
- Ensure billing, cash handling, and documentation accuracy
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
