Job Summary
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing safe, high-quality, and compassionate nursing care to patients. The role includes patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Diploma(G.N.M) / B.S.C. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration/License.
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred for critical care settings).
- Relevant clinical experience is preferred
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience
- Freshers may be considered with good clinical knowledge

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition, reporting any changes promptly.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed.
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and continuous professional development.
