As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing project scope, risks, and issues.
- Run large projects from initial Statement of Work (SOW) to completion
- Work with recruitment teams and customers to create resource requisitions, coordinate interviews, and seek feedback
- Work with engineering teams to ensure that all project-related documents, including Statements of Work, timesheets, and other project documents, are properly completed
- Should be able to work with different SDLC cycles, like waterfall and Agile.
- Highly proficient in JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Should be proficient with project execution, project status reporting, weekly status reports, and any other project-specific requirements.
- Work with internal constituents and customers to define resource requirements, prioritize, and develop schedules
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
- Manage all project communication with customers and Project/Program Managers
- Conduct regular project status meetings or conference calls with customers
- Efficiently identify and solve project issues
- Keep management informed of any issues related to project
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review deliverables prepared by team
- Minimize exposure and risk on project
- Manage project budget and forecasting
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis

- 10+ years of experience in project management
- Proven history delivering projects with hands-on project management experience
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
