Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven HR & Admin Executive with 2–4 years of experience to independently manage HR operations, IT recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations, IT Recruitment & Payroll
* Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
* Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
* Prepare and process monthly payroll by validating attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
* Process employee reimbursements and maintain reimbursement records.
* Calculate statutory deductions such as PF and support statutory compliance.
* Prepare HR letters, employee communications, and maintain company policies.
* Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Operations
* Manage day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
* Maintain operational reports, company records, and administrative documentation.
* Support management in process improvements and operational planning.
* Ensure efficient coordination of administrative activities and smooth office functioning.
Required Skills
* 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, IT Recruitment, Payroll, and Administration.
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end IT recruitment and technical hiring.
* Hands-on experience in payroll processing, reimbursement management, and statutory compliance (PF)
* Good understanding of attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Ability to use payroll management tools.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and Operations.
* Experience in the IT/Software industry will be an added advantage.
