About the Role
Drive Crack is an online coding education program focused on helping Indian engineering students build strong problem-solving skills and prepare for internships, coding assessments, and campus placements.
We are looking for Part-Time DSA & Competitive Programming Instructors to conduct live online classes for our student cohorts.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct live online DSA and competitive programming classes.
- Teach concepts using a logic-first, problem-solving approach
- Explain the intuition behind algorithms and data structures rather than encouraging memorization
- Demonstrate brute-force and optimized approaches
- Conduct live coding, dry runs, complexity analysis, and problem-solving sessions
- Help students identify common DSA patterns and apply them to unfamiliar problems
- Provide guidance on assignments, coding tests, and student doubts
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and beginner-friendly classroom environment
- Follow Drive Crack's structured curriculum and lesson plans

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Competitive programming experience is a plus
- Comfortable programming in Java, Python.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and logically
- Ability to teach beginners as well as intermediate students
- Good communication and live presentation skills
- Teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or coding-community experience is a plus
