The job is to head the company towards an efficient way of purchashing the materials for construction required.
Managing negotiations with the suppliers/Vendors, Quality of materials to be checked through supervisor and contacting new suppliers/Vendors to find low margin good quality material, Making an approved list of all the suppliers from previous business years, Reviewing work orders sent by the supplier and making of purchase orders and sending them with proper guidelines/Terms&conditions apply.
