Job Summary:
Swasti Agency is hiring a Telecalling & Digital Marketing Executive who can handle client communication and execute digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Explain company services and generate leads
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain daily call records and lead data
Digital Marketing:
- Execute WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS campaigns
- Handle basic social media posting (Facebook, Instagram)
- Create simple promotional content (text/images)
- Support lead generation and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Odia, Hindi, basic English)
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet & social media
- Must have own laptop (mandatory)
- Experience in telecalling or digital marketing (preferred but not compulsory)
Skills Required:
- Communication & convincing ability
- Customer handling skills
- Basic digital marketing understanding
- Follow-up & lead management
Salary / Stipend:
