Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support recruitment, employee engagement,
onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance data
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and HR reporting
- Collaborate with department teams for hiring and operational requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, or related management degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Knowledge of MS Office tools and documentation
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
