About the Job:
Experience: 5 Years +
This full-time role for a Senior Architect is based on-site in Mumbai. The Senior Architect will lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of architectural designs for diverse projects. Responsibilities include project planning, design integration, team coordination, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. The candidate will also guide and mentor junior team members and liaise with other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Design and draft building plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Produce CAD drawings, renderings, and color boards for client review.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements and calculations.
- Present design options to clients and construction crews.
- Coordinate with engineers to comply with local codes and technical requirements.
- Consult with clients to determine project needs and specifications.
- Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress and address concerns.
- Develop site plans to meet zoning, environmental, and safety requirements.
- Stay updated on architectural and regulatory developments.
- Prepare project documents and specifications.
- Translate complex construction documents into actionable specifications.
- Manage project schedules and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or relevant field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite. Experience with Revit is desirable.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
- Knowledge of local and national regulations and building standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage design teams, clients, vendors, and execution teams.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
