Key Responsibilities
1. Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of medical equipment such as:
DVT Prophylaxis Devices
Air Mattresses & Pumps
Rehabilitation Capital Equipment
Ensure all equipment functions safely and efficiently.
2. Service Coordination
Act as a service coordinator when required to ensure timely support to end users.
Coordinate with internal teams and distributors for service execution.
3. Reporting
Prepare and submit weekly service reports to the Operations Head.
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities.
4. Work Allocation
Manage workload with approximately:
95% office-based service activities
5%% field travel
5. Field Visits(5%)
Travel based on requirements to:
Hospitals
Distributor locations
Provide on-site troubleshooting and support.
6. Product Quality Evaluation
Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing teams to:
Evaluate product performance
Identify recurring issues
Support quality improvement initiatives
7. Product Accountability
Maintain accountability for assigned products, including:
Service history
Performance tracking
Issue resolution timelines
8. Timely Service Delivery
Ensure all service requests are attended and resolved within defined timelines.
Coordinate closely with the operations team for smooth execution.
9. Training & Support
Provide service training to:
Operations team
Service team
Distributors
Educate users on proper equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.
10. Service Call Management
Attend service calls promptly.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Escalate complex issues when necessary.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
