About the Role
CMS is looking for an experienced Faculty – Search Intelligence to prepare the next generation of search marketing professionals. In this role, you will design and deliver industry-focused learning experiences that equip students with the technical expertise and strategic thinking required to improve digital visibility, drive organic growth, and enhance business performance through search.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging courses in search strategy, technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, and search analytics.
- Teach students how to improve website visibility, search performance, and user experience using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Guide students in developing keyword strategies, content optimisation plans, technical website audits, and SEO roadmaps.
- Develop and continuously enhance curriculum, assessments, and project-based learning experiences aligned with current industry practices.
- Incorporate live case studies, search trends, algorithm updates, and real-world business challenges into classroom learning.
- Mentor students through website audits, SEO projects, portfolio development, and career guidance.
- Assess student performance and provide meaningful feedback to strengthen analytical thinking, technical expertise, and strategic execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in SEO, organic growth, search marketing, or related domains.
- Proven success in improving website visibility, organic traffic, and search performance through strategic SEO initiatives.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom engagement abilities.
- Passion for mentoring students and developing future digital marketing professionals.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural academic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala.
