We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Analyst with strong experience in operations management, data analytics, reporting, and PMO support. In this role, you will work closely with Industry Operations Leaders and Global Sector Specialists (GSSs) to help implement programs that align with Global Sector Strategies and contribute to measurable improvements in Global Industry and Sector performance.

- Leading industry- and sector-level reporting and analysis for the Global Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) industry to support leadership decision-making
- Developing dashboards, leadership reports, and presentation materials in Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools
- Providing PMO support for sector initiatives, including project plans, status tracking, meeting documentation, and milestone monitoring
- Supporting global account management and pursuit activities through account-plan consolidation, revenue reporting support, and market intelligence adaptation
- Coordinating with industry leaders, Global Sector Specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs, improve process consistency, and address ad hoc leadership requests
The team
The Global Industries and Sectors team supports Deloitte’s industry leadership by providing reporting, analysis, PMO support, and strategic coordination that help translate sector priorities into action. This role sits within the Global Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) environment and works closely with leaders and stakeholders across industry and sector teams to enable informed decisions, operational effectiveness, and consistent execution.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Postgraduate degree or Master of Business Administration in Business, Strategy, Commerce, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in insights generation, dashboard creation, and report development for senior leaders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience creating dashboards, leadership reports, and executive presentation materials
- Experience supporting project management office activities, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and milestone tracking
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across teams and geographies
- Experience synthesizing data into structured outputs for leadership use
Preferred:
- Experience supporting the Energy, Resources & Industrials industry
- Experience supporting global industry, sector, or account management programs
- Experience preparing sector overview materials, growth platform overviews, or strategy decks
- Experience adapting market intelligence or business research for leadership stakeholders
- Experience identifying process gaps and recommending workflow improvements
- Experience supporting operational reporting in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
