Job Description
BBS Balaje Real Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to join our growing real estate team. We are hiring both salaried employees and freelance sales professionals who have excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calling and follow-ups.
- Explain project details and investment opportunities to prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or customer handling is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and strong sales aptitude.
