Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Keeper with a strong background in the HVAC industry to manage store operations, inventory control, material handling, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HVAC equipment, project materials, and coordinating with procurement, production, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and supervise store staff.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Ensure timely issue of materials to production and project sites as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for replenishment.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and preservation of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock reports, and inventory summaries.
- Track inward and outward movement of materials and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle dispatch coordination and material transfers between factory and project sites.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety standards, and proper organization within the store.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and submit reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Projects, Quality, and Purchase departments for smooth material flow.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC materials, equipment, and spare parts.
- Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Tally, or similar inventory software).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or any relevant discipline.
- Additional certification in Inventory or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 5–8 years of experience as a Store Keeper, with at least 3 years in the HVAC, MEP, Manufacturing, or EPC industry.
- Experience handling project-based inventory and HVAC equipment.
- Familiarity with HVAC components such as AHUs, FCUs, Ducting, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, Valves, Insulation, and related accessories.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Experience in HVAC manufacturing or project execution companies.
- Strong leadership and inventory management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
