- Perform hands-on experiments: ELISA, PCR, RNA/DNA extraction, RNA/DNA sequencing, Nanopore sequencing, and NGS data analysis.
- Manage liver RNA workflows: extraction, library preparation, and RNA-seq processing.
- Conduct LC-MS/MS metabolomics and/or RNA-seq data analysis (preferred).
- Carry out microbiological work: isolation, identification, and characterization of microbial species.
- Analyze and interpret data using GraphPad Prism and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols.
- Only candidates with relevant practical experience will be considered.
Applicant's having at least two publications in reputed journals will be considered.
