Position Overview
As a Supplier Development Specialist, you will lead the strategic direction of designated product categories and manage the development of supplier onboarding. Your role will be pivotal in aligning product offerings with business objectives, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sourcing Teams to support their goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute category strategies and manage supplier partnerships.
- Present business updates and strategic proposals to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities and launch new suppliers to support sourcing needs
- Ensure seamless integration of new products into company systems.
- Monitor and manage product costs to support pricing strategies that align with profitability targets.
- Design and implement marketing programs tailored for sales teams and end-users.
- Partner with the marketing department to create promotional materials, incentives, and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams and suppliers to develop inventory plans that meet company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field — or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Must pass a drug screening (applicable in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
