Telecaller – Australian Process

Salary & Incentives
- Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Uncapped performance incentives in addition to salary
Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Australian process. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The role involves customer calls, lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining a high standard of customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Ensure excellent call quality and customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work from 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Cab facility is not provided by the company, so candidates must arrange their own transportation.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling/BPO experience is an advantage.
- Prior experience in international calling, especially handling international/Australian customers, will be an added advantage.

- BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
