Job Title: Research & Compliance Intern (Freshers)
Location: Mohali, Sector 83 (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
About the Role
InfoStride Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as a Research & Compliance Associate. This is a non-technical role that offers excellent exposure to research, compliance management, RFP/proposal writing, and business documentation. If you have strong communication and analytical skills and are eager to build a career in business operations, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs, and business proposals.
- Conduct market, company, and industry research to support business development initiatives.
- Handle compliance documentation and maintain proposal-related records.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare proposal responses accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and organize information required for proposal submissions.
- Develop business presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure all proposals and compliance documents are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in proposal management and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, or equivalent (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Good business writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work in the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
