Work Type- WFO
Working Days: 6 days per week Week Off: Weekly off will be provided between Monday to Friday only. Candidates must work on Saturdays and Sundays due to high customer engagement during these days.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
● Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the customer base.
● Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Client Relationship Management, and related tasks.
● Maintain documentation and communicate customer queries and details to relevant stakeholders.
●Contribute to team effort by achieving assigned goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
●Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to connect with customers passionately.
Requirements:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree
● Experience: Min 1 year of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.
● Communicate: Effectively in Kannada and English (Must ), Telugu, Hindi and Tamil preferable
● Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Notice Period: : Immediately available till 15 days’ notice.

Work Location: In person
