A tour senior telecaller is an experienced phone-based sales and customer support professional who handles high-value travel inquiries, closes tour packages, and mentors junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Call prospective clients, pitch customized domestic and international holiday packages, and close travel sales.
- Itinerary Consultation: Understand customer preferences, budget, and group size to recommend suitable travel destinations and itineraries.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and local transport partners to ensure smooth booking details.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior telecallers, assist with difficult client negotiations, and monitor daily target achievements.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate logs of calls, client requirements, and follow-up schedules using company software.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
